I am a Change

After watching both videos, a certain quote comes to mind. “It is not the words you say, but how you say it.” I often think of this when I am teaching a student how to handle a disagreement and even in my own life’s disagreements. In the first video, the woman even mentioned something similar, she said she wrote the same thing but in a different way. In the second video, their point was the same but the delivery was extremely different. In both instances, the outcome was also very different. The power of what was said came from how it was said.

I will need to keep this in mind when writing my innovation plan, it is more about how you say things. I highly recommend these videos. They are incredibly powerful and will reframe your mindset.
